Just a nice interesting layout. Not too long, with enjoyable holes. Some secnic holes along the Huron river.
Would travel: 30-60 Miles, Vacation Worthy
Bottom line: I would play again, Better than average course for the area

I play T-Bird South each Saturday April thur Oct, and this course has supperb fairways & greens ---just excellent conditions. If everyone would replace divots & repair ball marks, and appreciate this short, but fun little course. I wish they would have utilized more of Huron River in its original design, but the Palmer family have a real gem with South course. The North course is good too, but generally not as well conditioned as South, and the speed-of-play is usually not as quick, but then again its hard to beat our 3hr rounds early on a Sat morning.
